These terms apply when you use ZuboChat, run by Jacee Ventures (SSM 202603283446 (JR0197137-X)), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- A team leader is responsible for the team members they add.
Plans and payment
- ZuboChat is a paid subscription. A new account can be used once a plan is active.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, by bank transfer or online payment.
- If a payment is late, we may pause sending until it’s settled. Your data stays safe in the meantime.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period already paid. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Using ZuboChat fairly
You agree to:
- message only people you have permission, or another lawful reason, to contact;
- respect anyone who asks you to stop;
- follow WhatsApp’s own terms and policies, and Malaysian law;
- not send spam, scams, or illegal, harmful or misleading content.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
ZuboChat works with your own WhatsApp account. WhatsApp is a service of Meta, and ZuboChat is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may limit or restrict any number that sends many messages, especially if people report them. ZuboChat’s safe-sending features help, but we can’t control or reverse WhatsApp’s decisions.
Your content
Your contacts, messages and files remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide ZuboChat. See our privacy policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep ZuboChat running and your data backed up, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, or for restrictions WhatsApp places on your number. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms or don’t pay, after telling you.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell you about important changes.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
