What is ZuboChat?
ZuboChat helps you send personal WhatsApp messages to your whole customer list at a safe pace, and handle every reply in one inbox. Your team can use it together.
Who is it for?
Any business that sells or follows up on WhatsApp: property agents, insurance, car sales, clinics, e-commerce, education and more.
Do I need to install anything?
No. ZuboChat runs in your browser, on a computer or a phone. There's nothing to download.
How do I connect my WhatsApp?
Scan the QR code shown in ZuboChat with WhatsApp on your phone. It takes a few seconds, and messages then go out from your own number, with your name and photo.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. You can connect a normal WhatsApp number or a WhatsApp Business number.
How do I add my contacts?
Upload the spreadsheet you already have: Excel, Numbers or CSV. ZuboChat finds the names and phone numbers and tells you about anything it couldn't read.
Sending and safety
How fast does it send?
About one message every three minutes, only during the sending hours you choose, and up to a daily limit you set. Steady, like a person would.
Can my number get restricted by WhatsApp?
Any number that messages a lot of people can be restricted if many of them report it. ZuboChat helps you stay safe with a steady pace, sending hours, daily limits and automatic opt-outs. With a new number, start small and increase slowly.
What happens if someone says stop?
Replies like "stop", "jangan" or "不要" mark them as do-not-contact automatically. No broadcast will message them again.
Will someone get the same message twice?
No. Before sending, ZuboChat checks your WhatsApp chats, earlier broadcasts and old records you marked, and skips anyone already contacted.
Can I send photos or voice notes?
Yes. Add photos or a voice note to a broadcast, or send them from the inbox like you would on your phone.
Polls and replies
Why start with a poll?
Tapping an answer is easier than typing. More people reply, and each answer can get its own reply straight away, so you know who is interested.
Can I still reply myself?
Of course. Reply from the ZuboChat inbox or from your phone; both stay in sync. Automatic follow-ups stop as soon as you write to someone yourself.
Team and data
Can my team use it together?
Yes. Everyone has their own login, numbers and lists. The team leader can see everyone's broadcasts and chats, without changing anything.
Is my data safe?
Every person has their own private login. Your data is stored on servers in Singapore and backed up off-site every day.
